someplace on the internet, I don't remember where. I hope the
author does not mind us borrowing it.

Servings: 1/2
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons
vegetable oil
- 15-ounce can tomato
sauce
- 1/2 pound cooked
medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions:

In skillet, sauté green pepper, onion, celery
and garlic in oil until tender.

Add tomato sauce, oregano and bay leaf. Reduce
heat to simmer, uncovered, for about 20

minutes.

Stir in the shrimp; cook 3 minutes more to heat
shrimp.

Discard bay leaf. Serve over rice.
