I have always had trouble
frying in stainless steel when using Pam or just a small
amount of
oil, everythings sticks. I have a decent set of stainless steel
cookware that I purchased very cheap at
Aldis Supermarket. I
recently read on the internet a trick to fix this problem. There
are several variations of this but I use the following:

1. Heat the skillet on
medium heatuntil when you thump water droplets into it with your
fingers, the
water
forms little balls and bounces off with a sizzling sound.
2. Add the oil or Pam and
follow the instructions in step number 1.
3. When the oil has
heated as in step number 2, immediately add the food.
Note:
This procedure allows you to
make perfect and delicious scrambled eggs, yummy!
