... Romans 8:5-8
Romans 8:5-8 (NIV)
5 Those who live according to the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires; but those who live in accordance
with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. 6 The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the
Spirit is life and peace; 7 the sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not submit to God's law, nor can it do so. 8 Those
controlled by the sinful nature cannot please God.

Romans 8:10-11 (NIV)
10 But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, yet your spirit is alive because of righteousness.
11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give
life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit, who lives in you.
1 Peter 2:24 (NIV)
24 He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed.
[4] How do you explain, your own righteousness before God to unbelievers?
HE LP
... Hint 123 Explaining your Righteousness before God

Romans 7:14-25 (NIV)
14 We know that the law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, sold as a slave to sin. 15 I do not understand what I do. For what I
want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. 16 And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. 17 As it is,
it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. 18 I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful
nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. 19 For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the
evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. 20 Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin
living in me that does it. 21 So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. 22 For in my inner
being I delight in God's law; 23 but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and
making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. 24 What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of
death? 25 Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God's law, but in the sinful
nature a slave to the law of sin.
Romans 8:5-8 (NIV)
5 Those who live according to the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires; but those who live in accordance

Romans 7:14-25
Sometimes you try very hard to change something about yourself but you cannot change it. If we want to stop sinning and we cannot stop then
aren't we separating ourselves from the sin? So it is the sin that is living in you that keeps on sinning, it is not you that is sinning.
Romans 8:5-8
Don't let your mind wander around thinking whatever it wants to think, control it. You can control your mind, if you start thinking wrong
thoughts, switch to good and godly thoughts.

1 Corinthians 13:4-8 (NIV)
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps
no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8 Love never
fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.
